Rilee's coat is almost completely filled in. You can start to see the glow around the contour of the dog's body and on the flank which is  from the sunlight shining from behind.		The tree in the foreground  is an interesting feature that helps balance the portrait and add depth. The rich colors of the pine needles on the right gives the portrait the sensation of warmth.

Filling the blue areas  in between the leaves of the bushes behind Rilee is very time consuming. Once the treeline in the background is completed, I will go back and add more highlights and definition to some areas.		I have adjusted the color on the photograph to match as close as possible the original portrait . It's a shame the fine detail is not captured very well but click on the detailed view on the description page to see more.
